Returns & Refunds
We're committed to providing you with quality products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return your envelopes, we're here to assist you through the process. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return experience.
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
1. Email us at hello@lempac.com with the subject line "Return Request: Order #[Your Order Number]".
2. In your email briefly explain the reason for your return, so we can better understand how to serve you.
Step 2: Receive Your Returns Address
1. Once we receive your return request, we will promptly email you a returns address PDF.
2. This PDF will contain two parts with instructions on where to send your items back to us.
Step 3: Package Your Items
1. Safely and securely package the envelopes you wish to return.
2. Use the original box, if possible, to ensure the items are protected during transit.
3. Inside the package, include the top part of the provided PDF with your order number added on the dotted line.
Step 4: Send Your Package
1. Use a reliable courier service to send the package to the provided returns address on the bottom of the PDF.
2. Keep the tracking information for your records.
Step 5: Processing Your Refund
1. Upon receiving your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria.
2. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used to place the order.
Return Guidelines:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- We cannot accept returns for used envelopes.
- Envelopes should be returned in their original condition and in the quantities originally ordered where possible.
- Any returns not meeting the above criteria will be refunded on a pro rata basis.
